Description
Flourless Oatmeal Bread that is gluten-free, high in protein, and packed with seeds.
Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup oat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flaxseeds
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix dry ingredients.
3. Whisk wet ingredients.
4. Combine everything.
5. Pour into loaf pan.
6. Top with seeds.
7. Bake 40-50 minutes.
8. Cool completely before slicing.
