Description
This Flourless Cinnamon Swirl Greek Yogurt Cake is a moist, naturally gluten-free delight made with almond flour, Greek yogurt, and a cozy cinnamon swirl. Perfect as a wholesome breakfast or light dessert!
Ingredients

1 cup (240g) plain Greek yogurt

3 large eggs

⅓ cup (80ml) maple syrup or honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup (50g) almond flour

½ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp salt

2 tsp ground cinnamon

2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (for cinnamon swirl)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8-inch baking pan.

In a bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, eggs, ⅓ cup maple syrup or honey, and vanilla.

Add almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until just combined.

In a small bowl, mix cinnamon with 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey.

Pour half the batter into the pan. Drizzle half the cinnamon mixture, swirl with a knife. Repeat with remaining batter and swirl again.

Bake 30–35 minutes or until golden and toothpick comes out mostly clean.

Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
