Description
A rich flourless black cocoa and chia Greek yogurt cake that is high protein, gluten free, and low carb.
Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 eggs
1/3 cup powdered low-carb sweetener
1/4 cup black cocoa powder
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF.
2. Whisk Greek yogurt, eggs, sweetener and vanilla.
3. Add cocoa powder, chia seeds, baking powder and salt.
4. Let batter rest 5 minutes.
5. Pour into pan.
6. Bake 25โ30 minutes.
7. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Let batter rest so chia seeds absorb moisture.
Do not overbake.
Cake firms up after cooling.
