Description
Flourless Banana Bread made with oats and no added sugar. Naturally sweet, moist and healthy.
Ingredients
Scale
3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
3. Pour into loaf pan.
4. Bake 35-45 minutes.
5. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas.
Blend oats finely.
Store refrigerated for freshness.
