Ingredients

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground ginger, and salt.

In another bowl, beat softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Mix in honey until well combined.

Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until a soft dough forms.

Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough, roll into balls, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
