Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar

  • 1/2 cup Butter, softened

  • 4 tsp Ground Ginger

  • 6 tsp Honey

  • 1/4 tsp Salt


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground ginger, and salt.

  • In another bowl, beat softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

  • Mix in honey until well combined.

  • Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until a soft dough forms.

  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough, roll into balls, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.

  • Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
