These decadent double chocolate chip cookies are rich, fudgy, and packed with cocoa and chocolate chips for pure bliss.
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon espresso powder
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Flaky sea salt, for topping
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
3. Beat in eggs, vanilla, and milk.
4. Whisk dry ingredients separately.
5. Mix dry ingredients into wet until combined.
6. Fold in chocolate chips.
7. Scoop dough onto baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt.
8. Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are set.
9. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Do not overbake for fudgy centers.
Espresso powder enhances chocolate flavor.
Chill dough if cookies spread too much.
