Description
Fudgy and healthy brownie bites made with dark chocolate, peanut butter, Greek yogurt, bananas, and honey. Naturally sweetened, protein-rich, and perfect for snacking.
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas (mashed)
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup oat flour
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
½ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a mini muffin tin.
2. Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth.
3. Whisk in peanut butter, yogurt, honey, egg, and vanilla.
4. Fold in oat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
5. Stir in dark chocolate chips.
6. Scoop batter into muffin tin and bake 12–15 minutes until tops crackle.
7. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For vegan option, use flax egg and dairy-free yogurt.
Store in fridge up to 5 days or freeze for 2 months.
Reheat in microwave for 20 seconds for gooey texture.
