1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 cup oat flour
1/3 cup dark chocolate chunks
Optional: pinch of salt
Optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: 1 tablespoon peanut butter

2. Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
3. Add Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and peanut butter if using. Mix until creamy.

5. Fold in the dark chocolate chunks, reserving a few for the top.
6. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan and sprinkle remaining chocolate on top.

Notes
Use very ripe bananas for maximum sweetness and moisture.
For richer blondies, add 1 tablespoon of creamy peanut butter into the batter.
To make dairy-free, use dairy-free yogurt.
Do not overbake—blondies continue to set as they cool.
Refrigerate for a firmer, chewier texture. They taste AMAZING cold!
Store in the fridge for 6 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
