A cozy, rustic Country Kitchen Cranberry Walnut Loaf filled with tart cranberries, crunchy walnuts, and warm cinnamon.
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 eggs
1 cup cranberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
2. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
3. Whisk milk and eggs in a separate bowl.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
5. Fold in cranberries and walnuts.
6. Pour into loaf pan and bake 45–55 minutes.
Notes
Add orange zest for extra flavor.
