Ingredients

1 ripe banana, mashed
3 tbsp rolled oats
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/4 tsp baking powder
Instructions
1. Mash banana in a mug
2. Add oats, peanut butter, honey, and baking powder
3. Mix until smooth
4. Microwave for 1-2 minutes
5. Let cool slightly and enjoy
