Instructions
1. Blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
3. Pour 1/4 cup batter into the skillet and swirl into a thin circle.
4. Cook 1–2 minutes, flip gently, and cook another minute.
5. Repeat with remaining batter.
Notes
