Cottage Cheese Protein Cheesecake that is creamy, high in protein, and naturally sweetened for a guilt-free dessert.
Ingredients
2 cups cottage cheese
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup almond flour
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
3. Add remaining ingredients and blend.
4. Pour into pan.
5. Bake 40–45 minutes.
6. Cool completely.
7. Chill before serving.

Blend well for smooth texture.
