Description
These Cottage Cheese Pretzel Bites are chewy, savory, and low-carb! Perfect for snacking or entertaining, made with almond flour and protein-rich cottage cheese.
Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
1 large egg
1 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tsp garlic powder or onion powder (optional)
Coarse salt for topping
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Blend cottage cheese until smooth (optional).
3. Mix cottage cheese, egg, almond flour, baking powder, and seasoning into dough.
4. Shape into small bites and place on sheet.
5. Sprinkle with coarse salt.
6. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden.
Notes
For extra golden tops, brush with beaten egg before baking.
Freeze unbaked bites for up to 2 months—bake from frozen with 2–3 minutes extra.
