These Cottage Cheese Garlic Breadsticks are soft, cheesy, and full of flavor. A low-carb, gluten-free twist on classic garlic bread—perfect for snacks, sides, or dipping!
Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
2 large eggs
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
Pinch of salt
Optional: melted butter or olive oil for brushing
Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
3. In a bowl, combine the blended mixture with almond flour, baking powder, mozzarella, garlic, oregano, and salt.
4. Spread dough evenly into a rectangle on the baking sheet.
5. Bake for 15–18 minutes until edges are golden.
6. Brush with butter or olive oil, garnish with parsley, and slice into breadsticks.
Notes
Blend cottage cheese well for smooth texture.
Use parchment paper to prevent sticking.
