Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup almond flour
1 large egg
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Olive oil spray (for baking)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with olive oil.
2. Whisk together cottage cheese and egg until creamy.
3. Stir in almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and seasoning until a thick batter forms.
4. Scoop bite-sized portions onto the baking sheet using a cookie scoop or spoon.
5. Spray lightly with olive oil and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
