Description
An easy no-yeast cottage cheese dill bread thatโs soft, savory, and perfect for slicing and sharing.
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup cottage cheese
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup melted butter or olive oil
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and prepare loaf pan.
2. Whisk dry ingredients together.
3. Whisk wet ingredients until combined.
4. Fold wet into dry just until mixed.
5. Pour into pan and smooth top.
6. Bake 45โ50 minutes until golden.
7. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Do not overmix.
Fresh dill gives best flavor.
