These No-Bake Cottage Cheese Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars are creamy, high-protein, and taste like a peanut butter cup—made healthier with just 5 ingredients!
Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
½ cup natural peanut butter
2 tbsp cocoa powder
3–4 tbsp powdered sweetener (or honey/maple syrup)
½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Blend cottage cheese, peanut butter, cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and spread mixture evenly.
3. Top with chocolate chips or nuts, if desired.
4. Chill in fridge for 2 hours or freezer for 30 minutes.
5. Slice into bars and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of sea salt or a drizzle of melted chocolate on top. Store in fridge up to 5 days or freeze for 2 months.
