Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese (well drained)
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients until completely smooth.
2. Transfer mixture to parchment-lined pan.
3. Refrigerate 2–3 hours until set.
4. Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
Drain cottage cheese well for best texture.
Blend longer than expected for ultra-smooth fudge.
