Description

High Protein Cottage Cheese Chocolate Brownies are rich, fudgy brownies made with blended cottage cheese, cocoa powder, and protein powder for a nourishing chocolate treat.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup cottage cheese, blended smooth

2 large eggs

⅓ cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup cocoa powder

½ cup oat flour

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

½ teaspoon baking powder

Pinch of salt

¼ cup dark chocolate chips


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line pan.

2. Blend cottage cheese until smooth.

3. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, honey, and vanilla.

4. Stir in cocoa, oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.

5. Fold in chocolate chips.

6. Bake 22–26 minutes.

7. Cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Do not overbake.

Blend cottage cheese thoroughly.

Brownies firm up as they cool.
