Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
3. Combine with mozzarella cheese in a bowl.
4. Shape into 8 sticks and arrange on baking sheet.
5. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown.
6. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, broil for the last 1–2 minutes.
Swap mozzarella for cheddar for a sharper flavor.
Serve with marinara or ranch for dipping.
