This High-Protein Cottage Cheese Breakfast Biscuit is fluffy, savory, and low-carb! Made with cottage cheese, almond flour, and egg, it’s the perfect protein-packed breakfast or sandwich base.
Ingredients
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1 egg
3 tbsp almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a ramekin.
2. Whisk egg and cottage cheese together.
3. Stir in almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
4. Pour into ramekin and bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
5. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Try baking a few in advance and refrigerating for grab-and-go mornings. This biscuit also works well in the air fryer at 350°F for 8–10 minutes.
