Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
2 ripe bananas mashed
2 cups rolled oats
2 eggs
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup milk optional
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF.
2. Mash bananas.
3. Add cottage cheese, eggs, honey, and vanilla.
4. Stir in oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
5. Pour into baking dish.
6. Bake 30โ35 minutes.
7. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Use ripe bananas.
Do not overbake.
