Rich, smooth, and packed with bold coffee flavor, this Flourless Coffee Greek Yogurt Cake is a naturally gluten-free treat made with wholesome ingredients and no flour.
Ingredients

2 tbsp instant coffee or espresso powder (dissolved in 2 tbsp hot water)

½ cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt

¼ cup (60ml) honey or maple syrup

3 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 ½ cups (150g) almond flour

1 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

Optional: chocolate chips or cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line a cake pan.

Mix Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, vanilla, and cooled coffee.

Stir in almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

Fold in optional add-ins.

Bake for 30–35 min. Cool and enjoy!
Notes
Use full-fat yogurt for best results. Coffee must be cooled before mixing. Optional add-ins boost flavor beautifully.
