Ingredients

¼ cup coconut flour

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

¼ cup maple syrup or honey

¼ cup dark chocolate chips or shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet.

Whisk yogurt, egg, maple syrup, and vanilla.

Stir in coconut flour, baking soda, and salt. Let thicken.

Fold in chocolate chips or coconut.

Scoop dough onto baking sheet. Flatten slightly.

Notes
Coconut flour absorbs a lot of liquid—dough will thicken as it rests. Customize with coconut flakes or dark chocolate.
