Description
Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake with graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake filling and cinnamon sugar swirls.
Ingredients
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ cup melted butter
½ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
¼ cup melted butter
3 packages cream cheese
¾ cup sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons flour
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Mix crust ingredients and press into pan.
3. Bake crust 8 minutes.
4. Mix cinnamon swirl ingredients.
5. Beat cream cheese and sugar.
6. Add eggs, vanilla, sour cream and flour.
7. Pour batter and add cinnamon swirl.
8. Bake 50–60 minutes.
9. Cool and refrigerate before slicing.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese.
Bake in water bath.
Chill overnight for best texture.
