This Churro-Style Cinnamon Sugar Cottage Cheese Mug Cake is fluffy, warm, high-protein, and ready in just 1 minute.
Ingredients
1/4 cup (60 g) cottage cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp oat flour or almond flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1. Mix cottage cheese, egg, maple syrup, and vanilla.
2. Add oat flour or almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
3. Pour into a microwave-safe mug.
4. Microwave 60–90 seconds until fluffy.
5. Mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle on top.
Notes
Brush the top with melted butter for true churro flavor.
Add Greek yogurt for extra fluff.
