Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup frosting
½ cup sprinkles
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment.
2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
3. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
4. Whisk dry ingredients and combine with wet mixture.
5. Spread evenly into pan and bake 20–25 minutes.
6. Cool, frost, and top with sprinkles.
Notes
Add a tablespoon of cornstarch to keep bars extra soft.
Store at room temperature for 3 days or refrigerate up to a week.
