Description
Chocolate Greek yogurt banana muffins that are moist, rich, and naturally sweet.
Ingredients
2 bananas
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 eggs
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
pinch salt
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mash bananas.
3. Mix with yogurt, eggs, honey, and vanilla.
4. Combine dry ingredients.
5. Mix together.
6. Fold in chocolate chips.
7. Fill muffin cups.
8. Bake 18–22 minutes.
9. Cool before serving.
Notes
Use ripe bananas.
Do not overmix.
Add chocolate chips last.
Store airtight.
