This 5-minute chocolate donut tastes just like a fried donut but requires no frying. Soft, chocolaty, and perfect for a quick treat!

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup almond flour

½ cup vanilla protein powder

¼ cup unsalted creamy peanut butter

¼ cup maple syrup

¼ cup non-dairy milk (more as needed)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

⅔ cup chocolate chips

2. Slightly melt the peanut butter in the microwave for about 20 seconds.
