Description
Chocolate banana oat loaf that is soft, naturally sweet, and made with simple wholesome ingredients.
Ingredients
2 bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup oats
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
pinch salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mash bananas.
3. Mix with eggs and yogurt.
4. Add oats, cocoa, and honey.
5. Stir in baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
6. Pour into loaf pan.
7. Bake 40–45 minutes.
8. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Use ripe bananas.
Blend oats for smoother texture.
Do not overmix.
