Healthy chocolate banana oat cups made with simple ingredients, soft and naturally sweet.
Ingredients
Scale
2 bananas
1 cup oats
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven
2. Mash bananas
3. Mix all ingredients
4. Fill muffin cups
5. Bake 18–22 minutes
6. Cool before serving
Notes
Use ripe bananas for sweetness
Do not overbake
