Description
Healthy chocolate oat cake with no flour and no sugar, naturally sweetened with bananas and raisins.
Ingredients
Scale
2 ripe bananas
2 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup oats
5 tbsp yogurt
1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. Blend all ingredients
3. Pour into pan
4. Bake 25–30 minutes
5. Cool and slice
Notes
Use ripe bananas
Do not overbake
Store in fridge
Can freeze slices
