Description
Quick cheesy almond flour flatbreads that are gluten-free, low-carb, and cooked in a skillet in under 20 minutes.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 large egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Mix almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder and salt in a bowl
2. Add mozzarella, egg and olive oil then mix until dough forms
3. Divide dough into 6 balls and flatten into circles
4. Heat skillet over medium heat and grease lightly
5. Cook flatbreads 2-3 minutes per side until golden
6. Serve warm
Notes
Use finely ground almond flour for best texture
Press dough between parchment paper if sticky
