Description
This easy cheddar cheese quick bread is loaded with sharp cheddar and garlic flavor. No yeast, no fuss—just mix, bake, and enjoy!
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1½ teaspoons garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1 large egg
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease loaf pan.

In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, garlic powder, salt.

Stir in shredded cheddar.

In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter.

Combine wet with dry. Mix until just combined.

Pour into loaf pan. Bake 40–45 mins until golden.

Cool 10 mins in pan, then transfer to rack.
Notes
Use freshly shredded cheese for best melt. Do not overmix. Customize with herbs, hot sauce, or swap cheese types.
