Description
A cozy homemade chai tea latte mix made with black tea and warming spices. Perfect for instant chai lattes anytime.
Ingredients
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup powdered milk
1 cup instant black tea powder
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor.
2. Blend until fine and uniform.
3. Store in an airtight container.
4. Use 2 tbsp mix per 1 cup hot milk or water.
Notes
Adjust spices to taste.
Use powdered sweetener for sugar-free version.
