Ingredients
2 cups cottage cheese
2 cups rolled oats
2 large eggs
1 cup grated carrots
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup raisins
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare baking dish.
2. Blend cottage cheese, oats, eggs, honey, and cinnamon.
3. Fold in grated carrots and raisins.
4. Pour into dish and smooth top.
5. Bake 35–40 minutes until set.
6. Cool slightly before slicing.
