Creamy carrot cake cheesecake layered dessert perfect for Easter and spring baking.
Ingredients
16 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup grated carrots
1 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 egg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven and prepare pan
2. Make cheesecake batter
3. Make carrot cake batter
4. Layer carrot cake batter in pan
5. Pour cheesecake batter on top
6. Swirl lightly
7. Bake 45-55 minutes
8. Cool completely
9. Refrigerate before serving
10. Slice and serve

Do not overmix cheesecake
Refrigerate before slicing
