Description
Fudgy brownie baked oats made with banana, cocoa powder, and oats — a healthy breakfast that tastes like dessert.
Ingredients
½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
¼ tsp baking powder
¼ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a small baking dish.
2. Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips until smooth.
3. Stir in chocolate chips if using.
4. Pour batter into dish.
5. Bake 20–25 minutes until set.
6. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use a very ripe banana.
Do not overbake for best fudgy texture.
