Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup plain yogurt
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Mix flour sugar and baking powder
3. Add yogurt eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth
4. Fold in blueberries
5. Pour batter into greased cake pan
6. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until golden
Notes
Use Greek yogurt for richer texture
Toss blueberries in flour to prevent sinking
