Description
Golden, buttery biscuits bursting with blueberries and drizzled with sweet-tart lemon glaze.
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1¾ cups whole milk
½ cup butter, melted
1¼ cups blueberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
Zest of 1 lemon
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp milk (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Pour melted butter into 8×8 baking dish.
2. Whisk dry ingredients together.
3. Add milk, vanilla, and zest; stir until smooth.
4. Fold in blueberries gently.
5. Pour batter into dish; bake 25–28 minutes.
6. Mix glaze ingredients; drizzle over warm biscuits.
Notes
Serve warm for the best texture. You can use frozen blueberries; just don’t thaw them first.
