Ingredients
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar, packed
½ cup granulated sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
Flaky sea salt (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets.
2. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
3. Add peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla.
4. Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
5. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
6. Scoop dough into balls and press with fork.
