This moist Banana Oatmeal Yogurt Cake is a healthy and naturally sweetened treat, made with Greek yogurt, oats, bananas, and a touch of cinnamon for the perfect breakfast or snack.
Ingredients

2 ripe bananas, mashed

2 large eggs

⅓ cup maple syrup or honey

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tsp vanilla extract

1½ cups rolled oats

¼ cup oat flour or almond flour

½ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

¼ cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8 or 9×5 pan.

Mash bananas, whisk in eggs, syrup, yogurt, and vanilla.

Mix oats, oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon separately.

Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.

Bake 25–30 minutes. Cool before slicing.
Notes
