Description

This moist Banana Oatmeal Yogurt Cake is a healthy and naturally sweetened treat, made with Greek yogurt, oats, bananas, and a touch of cinnamon for the perfect breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 2 large eggs

  • โ…“ cup maple syrup or honey

  • ยฝ cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1ยฝ cups rolled oats

  • ยผ cup oat flour or almond flour

  • ยฝ tsp baking powder

  • ยผ tsp baking soda

  • ยผ tsp salt

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ยผ cup dark chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ยฐF. Line an 8ร—8 or 9ร—5 pan.

  • Mash bananas, whisk in eggs, syrup, yogurt, and vanilla.

  • Mix oats, oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon separately.

  • Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.

  • Bake 25โ€“30 minutes. Cool before slicing.
