Description
A light, protein-rich soufflé made with ripe bananas, cottage cheese, and honey for a naturally sweet treat.
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup cottage cheese
4 large eggs, separated
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease ramekins.
2. Mash bananas and mix with cottage cheese, honey, vanilla, baking powder, and salt.
3. Whisk egg yolks into banana mixture.
4. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
5. Gently fold whites into banana mixture.
6. Spoon into ramekins and bake 18–20 minutes until golden and puffed.
Notes
Serve immediately for the perfect rise. Add a drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra warmth.
