Description

Healthy banana cinnamon Greek yogurt banana bread made with oat flour and chocolate chips. Moist, protein-packed, and perfect for breakfast.


Ingredients

Scale

2 ripe bananas (mashed)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 1/4 cups oat flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

Pinch of salt

1/2 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare loaf pan.

2. Mash bananas until smooth.

3. Whisk in Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla.

4. Stir in cinnamon, oat flour, baking powder, and salt.

5. Fold in chocolate chips.

6. Pour batter into pan and bake 40–50 minutes.

7. Cool before slicing.

Notes

Use very ripe bananas for sweetness.

Do not overmix batter.

Can be made dairy-free with plant-based yogurt.
