Description
Rich and fudgy Baileys Irish Cream brownies with deep chocolate flavor and a subtle Irish cream warmth.
Ingredients
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup unsalted butter
1½ cups granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup Baileys Irish Cream
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking pan.
2. Melt butter and chocolate together until smooth.
3. Whisk in sugar, then eggs one at a time.
4. Stir in vanilla and Baileys.
5. Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
6. Pour into pan and bake 30–35 minutes.
7. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Best served slightly chilled.
