Ingredients

2 large eggs
2/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup yogurt
1/3 cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups chopped apples
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Whisk eggs and sugar.
3. Add yogurt, butter, vanilla.
4. Mix dry ingredients.
5. Combine mixtures.
6. Fold apples.
7. Bake 35–40 minutes.
