Description

Apple Cinnamon Yogurt Loaf that is soft, moist, and gently spiced with fresh apples.


Ingredients

Scale

2 eggs

1 cup yogurt

1/2 cup honey

1 1/2 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups apples

1 teaspoon vanilla


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Mix yogurt, eggs, and honey.

3. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

4. Fold in apples.

5. Pour into loaf pan.

6. Bake 45–50 minutes.

7. Cool and slice.

Notes

Use fresh apples.

Do not overmix.

Cool before slicing.

Optional nuts or raisins.
