Description

Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Loaf is a soft, lightly sweet quick bread made with tender apples and warm cinnamon. Perfect for cozy mornings and afternoon breaks.


Ingredients

2 large eggs

½ cup granulated sugar

⅓ cup neutral oil

¼ cup milk

1¾ cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

¼ teaspoon salt

1 cup peeled and diced apple


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare loaf pan.

2. Whisk eggs and sugar.

3. Add oil and milk.

4. Stir in dry ingredients.

5. Fold in apples.

6. Bake 40–45 minutes.

7. Cool before slicing.

Notes

Dice apples small.

Do not overmix.
