Description
This Almond Mascarpone Torte is a rich, nutty cake layered with creamy mascarpone filling. Elegant and indulgent, perfect for holidays and special occasions.
Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup mascarpone cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Optional: sliced almonds for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease and line a 9-inch cake pan.
2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
4. Whisk together almond flour, all-purpose flour, and baking powder. Add to wet mixture.
5. Bake 25โ30 minutes until golden.
6. Cool completely before slicing horizontally.
7. Beat mascarpone with powdered sugar. Spread filling between layers.
8. Garnish with sliced almonds and dust with powdered sugar.

Make ahead: Bake cake layers one day before and assemble before serving.
