These Almond Flour Scones are naturally gluten-free, subtly sweet, and perfectly tender. Made with just 6 ingredients and no refined sugar, they’re a quick and wholesome breakfast or snack that feels indulgent yet nourishing.
Ingredients

2 cups almond flour

2 tbsp maple syrup or honey

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk egg, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract.

Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until a soft dough forms.

Drop by large spoonfuls or shape into a round disk and cut into 8 wedges.

Place on baking sheet and bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden at the edges.

Cool for 5 minutes on the pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
